The Former West Virginia Penitentiary is a great place to visit. The tour is about an hour and only $10 per person. It’s located in Moundsville WV. You hear stories of how the prison was built, inmates, prison murders and all sorts of things that take place in older prisons. This place is old and has great history to tell and teach us. It’s amazing how things have changed.
