Went to the Dayton “Hamvention” as they call it. It’s the largest Ham Fest in the world. A Hamvention is basically a large flea market full of “nerd” toys. Armature Radio, Computer, Electronic Hobby…Everything.  I did not take many pictures but here is a few of the “market” and some of the inside events.

Driving home after work I took a moment to annoy mother geese as I snaped pictures of a few babies.

I met up with some of the fine folks at http://www.louisvillephoto.org in down town Louisville. These are the pictures I took that night. Some of the inside shots were taken a f1.4 so they are a bit soft. I have found that f1.7 is sharp and plenty fast.
