Every Christmas Eve my wife, son and I go to Shogun in Louisville Kentucky, it’s similar to Benihana…they cook at that table. Anyway, we always enjoy ourselves and eat too much! I did manage to re-frame from using 3 vivitar 285’s on 1/16th power with softboxes and bounce flash. Looking back I do regret not testing the results with a flash and my Maxxum 7D as it was really dim in there. I guess that’s what “next time” is for, and I’ll whip out the eBay triggers and flash the hair off the “chef”. Anyway, see the results, not bad for ISO 1600 and a 5 Year old DSLR. The meat was good but the veggies were not very good this time…new sauce ick.
